Your 3day tour cost of (no. 2-351 to Las Vegas - Gr.Canyon - hoover dam -LA) cost as shown in your internet Ad is shown as $ 99.00 per person so for 2 persons it should be $ 198.00 @@plush; Tax. Please clarify how this is shown as $238.00 . Morever We will book this tour at least 2 months in advance. Are we not eligible for a early bird discount. Ramesh

Our price varies due to different departure date. For instance, if you opt the departing date on Sunday and Wednesday, the price for 2 travelers is $198.00. But if you choose it on Saturday, the price will amount to $238.00. And for some holidays, there is a price increase as well.We regret we do not offer discount this way. If you have 3 passengers, then you can enjoy “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”You purchase the tour in advance, then you can secure the seats. Most passengers book their tours 3-6 months in advanced.

Q: Hi, we will be a family of 4 and would like to take August 12th tour. 1. We will already be in San Francisco and would like to know if you can pick us up at the first hotel for the start of the tour as we will not be at the airport. Also can you confirm the hotel at which we will be staying in San Francisco? 2. Since we are going to be 4, how does the promo buy 2 get 1 free works? All 4 of us can be in the same room. 3. Firstly, We regret that we are not able to pick you up from the hotel, for this tour, there is only airport pick-up offered before 11:00am because the tour will offer the San Francisco City tour and for customers arriving after 11:00am have to self transfer to the 1st night hotel. La Quinta Inn is the hotel we mostly going to utilize but it is subject to reconfirmation.Secondly, Buy 2 Get 1 Free refers to that the third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *admission fee) on share room basis. We can explain to you this way, supposing you are a party of 2, the tour price is $976.00 plus the 3% transaction fee, that is $1,005.28. But for a party of 3, we will not charge the tour price of the 3rd traveler, but the additional fee as surcharge is $110.00 per person, therefore for the tour price of a party of 3 is ($976.00+$110.00)=$1118.58. Please note that the price has been adjusted on our website which means it is already a the promotion of “Buy 2 Get 1 Free ” has been counted and it is the final discounted price, therefore we just need to have the quadruple price multiply 4 and equals the discounted price for 4 travelers in 1 room.Thirdly, yes you can choose not to join the optional tour and have your own schedule.

The fuel surcharges range from $5-$10.00 per traveler. For the helicopter rides, the surcharge is usually at only $5.00 per person.

Q: The tour 12-458 does not show the data fora 5 July in itinerary. Does it mean that there not more ticket for tour or there are no tour on this day? You cannot book a tour for the next day. You need to give us at least 1-2 days for the tour's confirmation and e-ticket.
You cannot just walk in for the tour. We apologize, however; July 5th is too urgent a booking for this tour.

The difference is the Rims you go to. The West Rim is the Skywalk attraction. The South Rim is the Grand Canyon national park.
The West Rim will be more expensive than the South rim as you will have to pay the mandatory admission fees.
Crown Plaza Union city is in Union City. It will be on the mainland to the right of the San Francisco peninsula.
